Should All 50 States Adopt The Tough Arizona Immigration Law? What’s wrong with taking a tough stance against illegal immigration?
If you think otherwise, tell me why you want undocumented individuals roaming around our country, putting a strain on our healthcare system and our public schools.

How Do You Think The Court Will Rule On Arizona’s Immigration Law? Do you think they will uphold it or strike it down?
and why do you think so?

Anyone Else Check The Supreme’s Oral Argument In Arizona V. United States Arguments Today? Obama Was Spanked!? Here are links a brief and transcript if you missed it; Awesome stuff! http://www.scotusblog.com/2012/04/afternoon-round-up-arizona-v-united-states/

From today’s Argument I humbly predict the Az law will stand firm. It even seemed Justice Sotomayor was not even supporting the administrations tortured reasoning in its objection to the AZ law. For Obama with Health-Care also looking to go down to defeat, and now adding an administration failure on Immigration… Times are getting interesting indeed.

RE: Arizona’s Anti-illegal Immigration Bill. Are Leftists And The “constitutional Scholar” In The White House? About to get schooled at the hands of SCOTUS again?

First the drubbing at the hands of SCOTUS on the unconstitutional 0-bamacare bill and now the left will be forced to swallow the bitter pills of truth that, although immigration enforcement may be federal territory, that fact does not give them (the federal government) an excuse to do nothing or as little as possible; where the federal government is negligent or complicit in acts which bring harm to states, those states may not be precluded from acting on their own behalf.

Wouldn’t a REAL “constitutional scholar” have already known this?

Wouldn’t a REAL “constitutional scholar” already have known that the government has no authority to force Americans buy health insurance?
