Why Is Bradley Manning Being Punished So Harshly When He Served Bravely? Bradley Manning did not in any way deserve such a repugnant punishment. This country is descending into a Totalitarian Police State. Bradley Manning is only 25 years old, a young man who sacrificed his youth to serve his country.

Is this a concrete display of proof that we are becoming an Orwellian Country? Especially one that forces it’s young to die in false wars overseas? Are we not to question our administrators who essentially enslave us?

Should President Obama Grant Bradley Manning A Pardon?
he’s been given a 35 year sentence – but his lawyers are going to ask for a pardon.

I think it would be good gesture on the Presidents part .. considering .. some of the public concerns at the moment with regards to spying and personal freedoms etc.

      Nothing bad?!?!

A United States soldier violated the Espionage Act and released THOUSANDS of highly classified materials…

      He violated his oath…
      He betrayed his superiors…
      He betrayed his country…

      Those are serious offences…

Snowden let America know what their government is doing without telling them…that was a noble choice.
