I Have A Question About Capital Grants? I am the advisor and successor to a donor advised fund, but I am not the donor. Would it be unethical to advise the foundation to approve a capital grant or a capacity needs grant that would be used for my own private business. My private business would benefit the foundation/donor advised fund in an indirect way.

For example, my private business, an employment agency, trains women and finds jobs for them. Asking the foundation for a capital grant or a capacity needs grant could go a long way in allowing my business to be able to offer training programs to help women develop certain business skills. By developing communication skills with supporters and donors for fund raising, many of these women could use these skills to volunteer their time to the foundation that I advise, which in turn would build their portfolios for future jobs with nonprofits and fundraising.
    .
A capital grant would obviously help support the purchase, construction, and expansion of real property or the purchase of equipment for my business, which is greatly needed.

But would there be a conflict of interest to ask the donor for these grants if I am the advisor and successor of the foundation and would be directly benefiting from the grants?

Marginal Rate Of Technical Substitution? Suppose a production function is Q = 3*K*L^.5, where K denotes capital and L, labor. With the equation of the short run production in mind when the use of capital, K, is limited to only 1 unit, find the equation for the marginal rate of technical substitution of labor and capital in the long run, where both labor and capital inputs can be varied readily. Hint: MRS L/K = MPL / MPK.
I’m just confused on what the marginal product of capital would be here, since I am unsure on what to use for L. Any feedback or hints would be appreciated!

Cobb-douglas Production Function Clac. 2? The Cobb-Douglas production function for a particular manufacturer is given by f(L,K)= 100L^.20K^.80
Where L is the number of units of labor. K is the number of units of capital, and f is the number of units of a certain product that is produced. If each unit of labor costs $100, each unit of capital costs $200, and the total expense for both is limited to 1 million. find the number of of units of labor and capital needed to maximize production.
    Thanks for the help
