Watergate figure Charles Colson dies, 80

Sun, 22 Apr 2012 02:01:47 -0700 WASHINGTON – He was described as the "evil genius" of the Nixon administration, and spent the better part of a year in prison for a Watergate-related conviction. His proclamations after his release that he was a new man, redeemed by his religious faith, were met with more than skepticism by those angered at the abuses he had perpetrated as one of Nixon's hatchet men. http://www.telegram.com/article/20120422/NEWS/104229802/1052/rss01&source=rss

And With The First Pick In The 2012 Nfl Draft……….. My First Mock Draft :)? 1. Colts —– Dontari Poe DT Memphis They would b stupid to draft any1 else after Poe’s combine performance
    2. Rams —–Cordy Glenn OG Georgia Rams need to be able to protect sam bradford if they want long term defense
    3. Vikings —– Michael Brookers DT LSU lets be honest the vikings need some pass rush bad, this area of their game really needs to improve
    4. Browns —– Lamar Miller RB Miami peyton hillis was a disapointment so look for the browns to target lamar miller here
    5. Buccaneers —– Mark Barron S Alabama the bucs have beefed up their dline the last view drafts, look for them to try and help their defense backs with this pick
    6. Redskins —— Kendall Wright WR Baylor redskins need some offensive weapons if they want to compete in the nfc east
    7. Jaguars —– Brock Osweiler QB Arizona State blaine gabbert didnt live up 2 the hype so the jags will take the best qb avalible at 7
    8. Dolphins —– Orson Charles TE Georgia they need a guy to help open up the field for brandon marshal orson charles can do just that for the dolphins
    9. Panthers —– Quinton Coples DE North Carolia cam newton was all the offense needed, all the panthers need now is a defensive stud like quinton coples
    10. Bills —– Matt Kalil OT USC fred jackson is the best player they have so they need to help their run game and matt kalil is the best ot in the draft
    11. Chiefs —– David Wilson RB Virginia Tech jamal charles tore his acl early and probably wont recover 100% so they need a solid back up incase charles isnt back 2 his full self
    12. Seahawks —– Mike Adams OT Ohio State they need to open up more holes for marshawnn lynch and mike adams is a solid player
    13. Cardinals —– Andrew Luck QB Stanford the kevin kolb experiment failed, i could see the cardinals trading up to draft to get Brock Osweiler from ASU but andrew luck is a desent qb to have
    14. Cowboys —– Alfonzo Dennard CB Nebraska dallas was pathetic this year, i think they need help at every position so doesnt matter who they pick
    15. Eagles —– Luke Kuechly LB Boston College they need a lb who can stuff the run
    16. Jets —– Nick Perry DE USC a good solid 3-4 de
    17. Bengals —– Ryan Tannehill QB Texas A&M carson palmer is no longer a qb so they need to get a new one
    18. Chargers —– Justin Blackmon WR Oklahoma State i could see them draftign rg3 2 replace rivers after an awful year but i think they will give rivers another chance, and even get him a new weapon
    19. Bears —– Devon Still DT Penn State bears need a good dt to help peppers
    20. Titans —– Zach Brown LB North Carolina i think the titans will try to draft a lb to give their defense a boost
    21. Bengals —– Robert Griffin III QB Baylor i think rg3 could b a good decoy, look for the bengals to try and convert him 2 a third down running back
    22. Browns —– Trent Richardson RB Alabama incase lamar miller doesnt work out for them, they should have a saftey net to fall back on
    23. Lions —– Dwayne Allen TE Clemson great athlete and good value for a player that has top10 pick potential
    24. Steelers —– Michael Floyd WR Notre Dame with hienz ward retiring and mike wallace leaving they need a WR
    25. Broncos Stephon Gilmore CB South Carolina champ bailey and dawkins are getting older look for the broncos to invest in a db to be the future stud of their backfield
    26. Texans Evan Rodriguez FB Temple giving foster a solid leadblocker isnt a bad idea
    27. Saints —– Stephen Hill WR Georgia tech with marquese colson leaving they need to give brees a weapon
    28. Packers Jared Crick DT Nebraska they need a DT to help bj raji
    29. Ravens Rueben Randle WR LSU lets just say if they had randle catching the last second pass in the end zone against the pats they would of faced off against the giants in the super bowl
    30. 49ers Isaiah Pead RB Cinncinati frank gore isnt getting any younger and the defense is already solid so what other postion than rb would they need 2 address, and isaiah pead is the best on the big board
    31. Patriots Duke Ihenacho S San Diego State we all heard about how bad the pats secondary was so its time for belich 2 beef up that aspect of their game
    32. Giants Jerel Worthy DT Michigan State when i think giants football, i think dline so this is an excelent pick for them to keep their traditions alive

It does. Anyways, it’s good that he didn’t accept islam if they did it was better that they should have killed themselves, rather than accepting allah/mohammad for god.
It is the same whether they remain atheists or become muslims that believe in the daughters of allah, kaaba, for hell is their abode for both that deny God or that worship anything other than God Himself as God.

What In Your Opinion, Is The Key Factor In The Decision To Go To War? I once read a wonderful book by Charles Colson, He said that most wars are started by …………? I CANNOT for the life of me remember the book, nor the reason he gave. What, in YOUR opinion is the factor/reason a man would decide to go to war…

We are talking about something intrinsic, not extrinsic in nature. LOOK forward to your answers!

    Thanks,

    • Curator says:

I sure know why this war was started. 9/11 so in this case we were provoked. I saw an interview from this Captain in the Airborne Infantry who was in the Korengal (Restrepo). He says the reason we are over there is so they come there to try to kill us not the states. And it worked didn’t it all attacks post 9/11 aimed at the US failed.
