Fellas What You Think About This Trade, NYR And Flames. Trade Deadline.? To Rangers
Jarome Iginla, RW Iginla could give them more offence and leadership.
Brendan Morrison, C, Clutch play from Morrison could pay off for Rangers in playoffs, A healthy Morrison isn’t bad in my opinion.

    To Flames
Wade Redden, D, With 2+3 years remaining on his contract calgary could give him a chance at come back, Cause if Iggy goes to Rangers there gonna have to clear a big contract, And Redden could help the young kids in Calgary out, Give another chance.
Chris Kreider Prospect, C, Kreider is a great prospect with fast skills, Who knows what he could bring to Calgary if developed right.
50 goals, Are u on crack Kreider isn’t gonna be a bust mark my words the kids a talent.

    • Curator says:

I love Kreider for his work in Saskatoon, but this trade basically boils down to Kreider for Iginla, and that’s a terrible trade for Calgary

I am all for Calgary trading Iggy, and I think New York would be an absolutely fantastic place for him, I think the Rangers + Iggy = shot at the cup. And my father in law is a huge Rags fan, he would go nuts if they won the cup, and I like them too, so I would be happy with that. But I’m not seeing this trade. I don’t know what Calgary has in their depth system, but I would bet they would be more interested in a couple draft picks plus a prospect like Kreider

How Good Do You Think Chris Kreider Is Going To Be? Not even funny how fast he is, and even though he doesn’t take filthy minor penalties, i think he’ll do very good next year in the NHL.
You think he’ll be as good as me? Then we could be press box buddies!!!
But in all honesty i see him being a 80 point player, so not quite as good as Sasha :p
Sasha is the minor penalty taking, press box dwelling, back checking Russian known as Alexander Semin

What Do You Think Will Come Of These Rangers Draft Picks? JT Miller, Dylan McIlrath, and Chris Kreider.
How do you think these guys will fare in the NHL?

    • Curator says:

I expect Miller and Kreider to be pretty successful, like Stepan is now. As for McIlrath, I can see him becoming the next Jeff Beukeboom.

Can you tell me, who is the biggest star player on the Free Agency for 2010?

    • Curator says:

This is yahoo answers, not a puckbunny forum. Or is it?
Seriously though .. unless you’re at a game he plays in and/or have VIP access to the locker room, your guess is as good as mine.

Chris Kreider Over Jimmy Hayes — How Come? Hayes didn’t make the USA World Junior Team but Chris Kreider did. Hayes has 14 points at Boston College while Kreider has 5 on the same team. Do they not see promise in Hayes? Or is Kreider getting freshman ice time perhaps??

    • Curator says:

Contrary to Patrick’s suggestion, Kreider is the better player/prospect……as evidenced by him being a 1st round selection (while Hayes was at the end of the 2nd round).

Besides…….Hayes is 20 years old (born in November 1989) so it’s pretty hard for him to play in an UNDER 20 tournament.

Drew Doughty is actually younger than Hayes!

As far as your additional Q……I am sure he is getting alot less ice time……..the thing to remember with young College players is that they are facing off against men, takes time to adapt.

  • Do The Dem’s Want Al To Gore Run For President In 2008? CONCORD, N.H. – Veterans of Al Gore’s past are quietly assembling a campaign to draft the former vice president into the 2008 presidential race — despite his repeated statements that he’s not running.

His top policy adviser from his 2000 presidential campaign and other key supporters met Thursday in Boston to mull a potential Gore campaign. The participants and Gore’s Nashville office both said Gore, who is in London, is not involved.

Elaine Kamarck, a veteran of the Clinton White House and Gore’s policy guru in 2000, said the meeting was informal and shouldn’t be taken as a sign there will be a Gore 2008 campaign.

Chris Mackin, a Boston consultant and Gore supporter, called it “an early stage conversation.” But he added: “We’re very serious about exploring this.”

Gore’s spokeswoman, Kalee Kreider, said the only campaign Gore is on right now is against global warming.

    • Curator says:

Gore is to Global Warming what Jimmy Carter was to Peace. He’s better off being dedicated to global warming because he is one hell of a spokesman for the cause.

I hope he “stays the course” , and I think running for President would get in the way of that.

I think the Dems need to take a more mainline (middle of the road) approach to 2008, there is too much polarization going on right now, but it’s b/c of the 5% that are stealing the limelight that are causing this. The 95% of us out here who’d like to speak up and vote our conscious cannot, b/c reps and dems are generally two far on one end or the other of the political spectrum to really appeal to those of us that make up the real voting public..
