Pantech Wrong Date On Text Messages Server Problem? Just spent a bunch of time with customer service about my Pantech Breeze. This is an issue they’ve known about for a week but have not notified their customers about. They want to cover by saying it is related to the daylight savings function, but it has nothing to do with that. What is happening is that all your sent messages are being dated for the previous day, while your received messages are being dated for the current day, right? That’s what puts them out of order. Best I could get out of ATT is $5 credit and sending me a replacement phone – STILL A PANTECH SO PROBLEM AINT FIXED AND THEY DON’T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED. Sorry for the bad news, but apparently Pantech (and AT&T) makes crap phones. Nobody had an answer as to when this would be fixed, but they assured me they were working on it :^) Who else is having similar Pantech problems?

It’s not the problem of at&t , i have a sim-un-locked pantech link, and i use it in germany… I have the same issue like all others even in the german mobile network :/

Maybe Pantech believed that the 21st of December would become World’s End. And perhaps they planned this issue just for jokin with us in the last minutes of our life 😀

But now without joking: i’ve heard that the problem will be fixed in year 2013 so we just have to wait a few days 🙂

Until then have fun with your confusing text messages and a happy new year :))
