Have Been Constipated For 10 Days (1 Week, 3 Days) What Should I Do? Have been constipated for 10 days (1 week, 3 days) what should I do?
I’ve had horrible chronic constipation since I was an infant. But each day is growing gradually worse. I’ve taken a suppository last night, yet nothing happened. I’ve taken enemas, and each time I use one I can’t help but scream when I use the bathroom. Plus, the wait is unbearable. Anyways, I’ve got to do something. And yes, I’ve gone to an ER for this, same thing all the time. I do eat healthy, and eat lots of fiber. I also drink plenty of water as well. I’m just curious, I’ve bought the Fleet enema (7.8 Fl Oz – 230 mL) and just so you know, this is a much larger enema bottle then the standard bottle. I was just wondering, will this extra bigger bottle better handle my situation? I’ve been constipated for 10 days before and a nurse gave me the standard bottle, and the pain was intense. I’m kinda hoping this one will be better. (Btw, a regular bottle contains 4.5 Fl Oz, so think upon that please) thanks.

Take a 1 to 2 quart warm water enema. The large Fleet Xtra enema still has the same amount of sodium phosphate which cause the burning sensation as it is concentrated salt water. The Fleet enema works by drawing moisture from the coloninc lining into the colon through osmosis because the solution has a higher salinity than your body. A warm water enema helps soften the stool and then the volume of water helps move the stool trough the anus.

What Is A Very Important Australian Event That Really Effected Australia? I need it for a school project, can you please give me ideas? But nothing like the European Settlement or the First Fleet because we were learning about that in the past week and 70% of the class would probably do it. I want something that a 6th grader wouldn’t know (I’m in sixth grade) I really want to get a good mark.
Thanks, and by the way can you please give me tips about public speaking?

Although it was mentioned already, i’ll put it simple for you to understand.

The Gallipoli Campaign was and is the most influential campaign to Australia.

Because that included Australia and New Zealand apart of World War One.
The ANZACs or Australian New Zealand Army Crops fought their way through Turkey.
Their mission was to capture Istanbul.

why did they want to capture Istanbul?

Because Russia was in serious trouble during the war. They were losing badly.
So that means the ANZACs had to capture Istanbul, so they can send supplies all the way to Russia.
I know it sounds random to why Istanbul can complete such an important job, which is why you need to see a map of that area to see the full thing.

Of course, the ANZACs weren’t the ones who completely planned the campaign.
The British Empire was the main leader in this campaign alongside with her other colonies of the commonwealth.
Although Britain did most of the planning and the fighting, a country suffered alongside with them.
Australia bled alongside her commonwealthian allies and fought for all they could.

The Gallipoli Campaign started on April 25th, 1915.
This campaign was so important to Australia, April 25th is proclaimed ANZAC Day.

The Gallipoli Campaign stretches farther than what i’ve mentioned, i hope this helps you and encourages you to research more about your country’s service to this world.

      Edit: Tips for public speaking
To be honest i love public speaking, it’s very important to be nervous. People tend to get nervous because they’re afraid people with laugh at you. Well, it’s your presentation/speech, you have to make them think that you’re the one running the show and that they’re the ones that’ll be scared because you did an enormous good job on stage.

It’s important to keep eye contact with the audience and never with aid you have up with you such as que cards, papers, or whatsoever. Never let the audience know you didn’t prepare yourself.

Always speak with a loud voice and sound firm. You don’t want your audience to know that you’re unsure about your information, although you know it, it’ll sound like you don’t.

Sometimes your hands will start shaking because of you being nervous, you can’t really avoid it because it’s normal, a reflex when the human mind feels like it’s cornered. To replace this, hand gestures will look more natural.

Don’t just stand in one spot, move around the stage or presenting area. Unless you’re only supposed to stand at a podium or microphone, walk around and engage yourself with the audience.

Ask questions like “Do you know the gallipoli campaign? who here doesn’t? who here does?” and so on. Make your presentation a bit fun and not boring by keeping the audience awake. People usually find history boring where its your job to make it fun.

But above all, have fun yourself! This speech isn’t supposed to be the end of the world. You’re presenting something in front of your friends, people that you know. It’s like telling them all at once what you’re having for lunch only much louder and longer.

Hope this helps! You’ll do great, people always do. And if you don’t feel like you did great, there’s always next time to improve yourself further.

What Is Wrong With Me? I am 19,have no motivation to do anything. Life is dull and boring all the time. Any time I am happy it is very superficial and very fleeting. I just got a job and instead of being happy that I will have money coming in, I see it as a nuisance. I break down and cry a few times a week for absolutely no reason, sometimes there is a trigger, sometimes there isn’t. I know I could accomplish great things in my life if I wasn’t so down on myself all of the time. It seems that I cannot get over whatever problems I have. I am seeing a therapist and currently discussing getting put on some sort of medication for depression. I guess I’m just coming on here to get some insight from you guys, maybe someone has been through exactly what I have and can help me out. I want to go to school and build a good career for myself but I have no clue what I want to do with my life. I find many things interesting, EVERYTHING is interesting to an extent, but nothing I can see myself truly having a passion for. Maybe I am just being a baby and need to get over myself. I really don’t know. It’s so hard to make the next move when I constantly see life as one big, dull, boring blur of nothing. I don’t see the point in doing anything, especially interacting with people or anything like that. I don’t know… Any advice would help, thank you.
