If you are asking if the phone can be opened up, then no, not like your xperia at least. look at the bottom of the phone, there are 2 torx screws that can be un-screwed and the phone can be opened up, but i wouldn’t recommend doing this.

as for the contacts, since you have synced your contacts from your xperia with google, all you have to do is sign into your google account during setup (or through the settings>accounts) and the contacts will sync over.

      other stuff to know,
current latest software is 4.2.2, if you dont have that, check for updates.
      battery is not removable
      there is no expandable storage
get a case, a cracked screen will render the phone completely useless as the digitizer is in the glass, so if it cracks, it wont detect touch. iphone 5 uses the same technology.

and, the phone is awesome. you bought the best phone for the money.

If anyone knows what brand they are or what they are called please let me know. I am posting a link here where you can see a little bit of the glasses, maybe it will help some people. Thank you in advance.

I Just Wanna Sleep All Day Help? I have trouble waking up in the mornings and miss work alot…i think i might be addicted to caffiene so im trying not to have any but right now i cant get myself to do anything im so tided….what do I do?

Google sleep hygiene. It sounds bad enough you should have a sleep study done, assuming there isn’t something obvious like partying all night. There are extra loud alarm clocks. You are going to get fired if you don’t get to work. Caffeine can be an issue but probably there is something more going on.

      Here are my sleep tips:

Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even weekends.

Do only boring things that last hour before bed. no exercise, no computer or TV time. Avoid bright lights (the TV and computer screen light wakes you up too). Blue light is the big offender – if you read, use an old-fashioned 60W incandescent light bulb. It has more red & yellow light, and less blue light, than a fluorescent bulb. Or try wearing red glasses – you can get them for a few $$ in the hardware section of a lumber store, near the laser levels (they help you see a laser dot). They will block the blue light.

Make sure your bedroom is totally dark, including covering up that digital clock and shutting the drapes/blinds/shades.

Exercising during the day will tire you out so you sleep well later.

Avoid caffeine. A morning cup of coffee is OK, but nothing after 1 PM or so. Some meds like cold remedies (Sudafed, etc.) can ramp you up, too, look for the “agitation in children” label-some adults get trouble too,

Try meditation like progressive muscle relaxation or guided imagery. It reduces stress. See The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook by Edmund Bourne for examples. Your library probably has that book. There are many free meditations at YouTube, and you can download them with RealPlayer and use that free program to convert ot MP3 or format of your choice. Try a noise generator or recording of ocean waves or soft music to sleep if you live in the rackety city.

Don’t use your bedroom for reading, watching TV, using the computer, studying etc. You want to associate your bedroom with SLEEPING.
If you are worrying about what you have to do the next day, then get up and write down a list of what to do, then go back to bed with your mind more at ease.

If these things don’t work after a month or so, there could be something else medically wrong. **Don’t take Ambien, Lunesta, etc. they are addictive and only work a week or so, then you’re hooked and they aren’t really helping anymore, according to research studies. (But you will get rebound insomnia if you quit).** Sleep disorder experts do not usually recommend these drugs.

Good luck! Google this topic and you will find some things I’m sure I forgot.

Bill Clinton “democrats at fault for Fannie & Freddie

The Glass-Steagall Act was repealed by the 1999 Gramm-Leach-Bliley banking deregulation act, which passed with overwhelming majorities of both parties in both houses of Congress, then it was eagerly signed into law by Bill Clinton. The 2008 meltdown was attributed directly to this law.

Arthur Levitt, Jr. was the longest serving head of the SEC. Do a Google search on him, see what pops up.

He was appointed by Clinton in 1993 and again in 1998. He left in 2001, so he covered the entire Clinton administration.

Levitt gave Madoff a free pass because they were both members of the Harmonie Club, a social club for the ultra wealthy in NYC.

Madoff was first reported to the SEC in 1992:
Report: Regulator was tipped off about Madoff fraud as early as 1992
“a suspicion of trouble at Madoff Investment Securities arose as early as 1992 when customers of Avellino & Bienes, a fund that invested all its money with Madoff, complained about documents making a seemingly impossible promise of “100%” safe investments. Although the SEC shut down Avellino & Bienes, the agency only made a “brief and very limited” examination of Madoff.”

Avellino & Bienes was shut down by the SEC in 1993, the year Levitt took charge.

Levitt also gave a special exemption to Enron, exempting it from accounting rules. This special exemption led directly to the Enron scam and the subsequent meltdown of the company, which took down a major chunk of the economy with it. It also led to the discovery of similar fraud at many other companies, fraud that got its start in the Clinton years.

If I was going to pick one individual who was most responsible for the rampant fraud of the Clinton years, it would have to be Art Levitt.
