      Hey Ken,
You asked for my email address on here in a fitness question earlier.
It’d be best for me to speak/communicate through the lines I already gave you.
I don’t want to leave my email details in public here BUT you can leave yours if you like once you choose a “best answer” thing in your comment and I’ll contact you.
Otherwise copy and paste the details below as I put in your other question, go to YouTube and put into the search box there, it should bring you directly to my channel.
You may also find some of my videos helpful there too…..or maybe not LOL!!

Needing Help To Come Up With An Alias Identity? Like a name other people know me as. I want to dress up and be called by a different name with a group of friends. I have a really unusual name, so a lot of people would know me around where I live if I was just to go out partying and not dress up. I want to write my name in a bathroom stall of a million night clubs with my girlfriends and I want to have a good time and wake up the next morning and say “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” I need a common name or a weird, cover name to use while I’m going out with friends. I was thinking Andie/Andi or Alexx or something like that. I’m not sure. When I was younger and in middle school, I would use the name “Andie Crocker” and write it all over the math and science books in class. No one would have any idea who I was, it was awesome and no one ever caught me. I also used to go by “Janie B. Winston” and “Marinage C.” on book writing sites.

    Help? Need some ideas.
    Dennis: I’m 20. Fuck yourself.
I’m a generally secretive person and I want to escape reality for a bit. Whoopty Jesus doo. Doesn’t mean I’m a mental patient. Judgemental assholes.
DAYVID: My middle finger, solutes you.
loryntoo: I don’t care, go annoy someone else.

This is hardly a philosophical q, but I did read something once that might help.

When picking an alias, your first concern should be responding to it correctly; no one will believe a name is yours if your head doesn’t turn around when you hear it.

The trick is to pick a name that uses a similar set of sounds, which is easier than you might think: all syllables break down into just a few kinds of sounds- those that use a sharp burst of air with your larynx against your lips or teeth- i.e., j, b, d -without your larynx: p, t, k, ch; longer voiced consonants: v, zh, l, m; unvoiced, and so on.

Before this gets too long, the idea is to find an alias with the same pattern of sounds in a matching group: instead Kevin, go by Devon; instead of Faye, use Shay; instead of Brianna, try Joanna. If it’s a name you often mistake for your own, so much the better.

Girls, Is My Body A Deal Breaker? I am 22 years old, 5’10 and about 190-195. 3 years ago I weighed about 354lbs.

I have gone to the gym since July 2012. I have loose skin. I go to the gym 5 times a week

This really hinders my confidence. I feel like girls love the muscular guys. And I’ll never be one.

Please tell me what you think.

When Concern About Appearance Becomes an Obsession

WHEN most of us look at ourselves in a mirror, we see areas that we feel could be improved. So we rearrange our clothes or hair or apply a little makeup and then get on with our day. Such concern about our appearance is normal and proper. But for some people concern about their looks goes to extremes, giving rise to a condition that has been called body dysmorphic disorder, or BDD.

The Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy defines BDD as “preoccupation with a defect in appearance, causing significant distress or interfering with social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.”* Because sufferers may imagine a certain defect or exaggerate a minor flaw, their view of themselves has also been called imagined ugliness.

Professor J. Kevin Thompson of the University of South Florida, in the United States, says that BDD is probably rare, “perhaps affecting between 1.0-2.0% of the general population and 10-15% of psychiatric outpatients.” However, he adds: “Some researchers believe that the prevalence is on the rise, as diagnostic methods become better at detecting the problem and as society becomes even more obsessed with appearance.” Although the condition can affect people of all ages, it usually begins in the teens. As far as adults are concerned, it appears to affect males and females equally. This is in sharp contrast with eating disorders, which are far more common among females.

What Is This Ong Title ? So I have been looking for a song title and it has been in my head for sometime. I dont know the words but I have seen the offical video. In the video there was a boy who in each scene he growed up and he wrote something in a book. And the guy who was the singer was a guy who doesnt have a lot of songs and he was bald in the video i think. The music itself was a motivation song…. Some of the words were maybe like “Never give up” or something I think. Anyone please can help me? I have been searching for the song for like 2 days and I havent found it on youtube.
