      The Philippines is predominantly Roman Catholic and follows the Vatican liturgical calendar. I agree with the other answers, Holy Week starts on Palm Sunday, this year it will be on April 13.

    Is My Workout Good Enough To Burn My Fat, I Don’t See Much Progress? Ok, I’m 6ft tall, male, 15, and weigh 198lbs.
    Monday: Bench Press(4 sets of 12 rep with 60lbs, I’m just starting with weights)
    Shoulder lift-barbell with 30lbs and 4 sets of 12 reps
    Tuesday: Rest
    Wednesday: Barbell Curl(4 sets of 12 reps with 30lbs with my palms up and 4 sets with palms down)
    Wrist curls of 4 sets with 30lbs(palms up and down)
    Single-arm bicep lift with dumbbells
    Thursday: If the weather is appropriate(I live in the North)-Warm up with a walk for ten minutes, then sprint for 30 secs and walk for 30s, then repeat for like five times. Then jog a mile or so.
    If the weather is not good-Use the stationary bicycle for 30 minutes alternating from intensive work(while standing up) and then slow it down. Or do a softer 60 min workout.
    Friday: Squat with 30lbs to warm up and then with 60lbs for 5 sets of 12
    Saturday: Same as Thursday
    Sunday: Same as Thursday
    I don’t eat much junk food/sugar and no soda, just water. I eat oatmeal for breakfast, a light lunch and a home-cooked dinner(usually chicken or fish with rice/beans and salad/vegetables). I also eat fruit daily, so I think my diet is not so bad.
    Now my legs and arms are quite fit, but my belly area and that part behind above the butt has fat. Not so great but it’s noticeable and more when sitting down. I’ve been doing this for months but no result. What should I do? Is this even a good workout? I’ve been trying to get rid of this “vest” of fat for years but nothing.Thanks in advance.

      You need to go heavier than 60 on bench bro, just have a spotter, cardio is not very important at the beginning of your fit life style, and definately too much cardio in there, try a 10 min jog 1-2 times a week is ideal, and rest on Sundays not Tuesdays, it creates a better atmospheric anabolic life style
