Is Something Wrong With My Breakfast? Well. Yesterday night I’d decided to start dieting from today because I want to be healthier and slimmer. NO, Not a crash diet, But a healthy one.
    My breakfast consisted of,
5 spoons of cornflakes, A little milk and some chopped apple for natural sweetening. No sugar.
    A whole apple,
And 3/5th mug of apple tea- The tea+ A little milk. No sugar. (Green tea with apple flavoring). Yeah I love apple. Lol.
I made sure I had my proteins, carbs, vitamins/minerals and a bit of fat. So it was a nutritious meal.
    So this filled me up.
I went off to study for a bit.
Before eating my breakfast, my weight was 72 kgs (158.733 pounds)
After breakfast, my weight became 70.7 kgs (155.866 pounds)
No, I did not use the washroom or do anything active or stuff like that.
    Then HOW is this possible?

How Can I Convince My Mum To Let Me Go To California? I am 14, and I want to go to California for boarding school. I have found the school I want to go to but my mother won’t let me!

I’ve been talking about going to a boarding school with my mum, she agrees it will be a good experience and can work more and stuff. The problem is she wants me to go to one in England (where we live) however I have set my sites on going to Cali because they have more subjects to study and there is sunlight (which will help my vitamin D definciancy). Also the school costs the same as the one I am currently going to.

My mother is adamant I stay in the country. How can I convince her that California will be more efficient for me, without seeming like a brat? Or can someone explain to me the possible reasons she won’t allow me to go to the states?

Should I just give up my dream until after University?
